Funding for Three and Four Year Old's
For 38 weeks a year all children are entitled to at least 15 hours of completely funded nursery education (NEF) the term after their 3rd birthday, and children of working parents may be entitled to 30 hours. For more information and to check your child's eligibility look online at: childcarechoices.gov.uk
If you are eligible for the extended entitlement of 30 hours you will be issued with an 11 digit code which you will need to tell us.
The nursery school will provide you with the funding form, help you to complete it, and apply for the funding on your behalf. You will need to provide us with identification for your child, such as their birth certificate or passport. Funding is paid directly to the nursery school.
Happy Bunnies Nursery School's funded hours for NEF children are 09.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 16.00.
